Piles Driven for All Buildings at Laguna Rio
Pile driving began at Laguna Rio in September, and piles have now been driven for every building in San Pedro.
We’re pleased to share this early construction milestone with you as our lagoon-side community begins to take shape on site.
Our priority: Building One, the pool and recreation areas
Priority is now to complete Building One, together with the pool and recreation areas.
These shared spaces are part of the community we’re creating for you: places to relax, enjoy time outdoors and gather with family and friends alongside your home at Laguna Rio.
